How it runs
01Designing the world
We listen to the outline of the business and where it is heading, then decide the idea and the bearing at the core of the brand. If the business or service has no name yet, we start with naming.
02Logo
The core idea, tied into its smallest form. Refined until it stands wherever it is placed: a business card, a sign, the corner of a screen.
03Website
The first official site, designed in the same world as the logo. From structure and copy to implementation, handed over ready to publish.
04Launch, and after
Launch is not the end. Business cards, print, tidying up social channels: we keep answering what a new business needs right after it goes live.

- How much does it cost?
- It depends on scope and scale, so there is no flat price. Even if the brief is not settled, we listen to the situation and propose an estimate together with a way of working.
- How long does it take?
- Three to six months for the logo and website as a set. If the launch date is fixed, we plan backwards from it.
- Can we talk before the business even has a name?
- Yes. When the name or the outline of the business is still open, we offer Discovery, a way of working that starts with diagnosing the problem. Some projects really did begin with naming.
- Can we ask for just a logo, or just a website?
- Yes. Work with a defined scope is taken on as a single Project.
- Do you work with clients far away?
- We work with clients across Japan, mostly online, and internationally in English. Where it matters, as at Lake Shirakaba in Nagano or Hanno in Saitama, we keep visiting the place.
