About the project
Art direction and logo for KANAZAWA BIIKI, a project gathering the culture of Kanazawa around the tea ceremony. Reading the name of the city with Japanese eyes, the place where culture gathers is tied into a single character. The form holds the same strength in the night streets and in a garden, with typography and spacing settled around it. For the website we handled the base design.
